On the rugged isle of Berk, where Vikings and dragons have been bitter enemies for generations, Hiccup stands apart, defying centuries of tradition when he befriends Toothless, a feared Night Fury dragon. Join us for a special screening of the film, followed by a panel discussion with key contributors who helped bring it to life.

The Story of Us: Finding Belonging on the Edge of the Wilderness is a short film produced by Bear Witness Media and Boundary Waters Connect that premiered at the 2025 Ely Film Festival.
This evening will be an opportunity to screen the film, as well as a facilitated conversation about the themes of the film.
Doors open at 6:30pm. The film will start at 7:00pm.
